52 Healthy Weeks | 2/52

It’s time to link up with 52 Healthy Weeks! How has your week gone? Did you achieve everything you wanted or was it more difficult than you expected?

For me I really wanted to get my half marathon training off to a positive start but found work commitments and the weather were against me so I didn’t get out as much as I wanted. I have loved the support I’ve got from Twitter though, when I felt unmotivated and did manage to do some training and feel all the better for it. The half marathon is in a little over 7 weeks time now and whilst at the moment getting to 13.1 miles seems unachievable and going to continue my training and pray I can do it!

      Thanks Cerys, I’m following your lovely blog now too. Yes, it’s my first and I’m not much of a runner to be fair. I’m pretty fit from the gym but running is on a whole new level. I’ll see how I get on with the training eeek! xx

    I think I’ve just found my motivator. I so need to sort it out. I miss being fit and healthy and slim. This could well be the linky for me although I’m going to be missing a couple of weeks. Amazing news on your half marathon lovely. Loving this positive vibe post and linky. Xxxx

      Hi hun, thanks so much-I really needed a goal to focus on although I’ve left the training a bit late I’m so hoping I can do it because it would be an amazing achievement. I would love to have you join, exactly what I need is motivation from other people too and I love seeing what everyone does to stay fit and healthy xxx

    Good luck with your training and with the half marathon! I have not been brave enough to run outside yet – only at the gym but am hoping to complete a 5k or two this year!
