It’s time to link up with 52 Healthy Weeks! How has your week gone? Did you achieve everything you wanted or was it more difficult than you expected?
For me I really wanted to get my half marathon training off to a positive start but found work commitments and the weather were against me so I didn’t get out as much as I wanted. I have loved the support I’ve got from Twitter though, when I felt unmotivated and did manage to do some training and feel all the better for it. The half marathon is in a little over 7 weeks time now and whilst at the moment getting to 13.1 miles seems unachievable and going to continue my training and pray I can do it!
