Swimshop review

Rose swimshop 2

I’ve been taking Rose to weekly swimming lessons since she was around 8 weeks old. It’s one of the only groups we’ve stuck at and considering she is almost two that’s pretty good going.

I was really pleased to be asked to review an item from Swimshop. I’m constantly looking for items that could make my life that little bit easier so as soon as I spotted this gorgeous Zoggs poncho towel on the Swimshop website I knew what I wanted to review.

Rose swimshop 3

Before I got this towel Rose and I would get out of the pool and I would wrap her in an ordinary towel, dry her off as quickly as possible and get her dressed straight away so she didn’t get cold. Meanwhile, I would be standing there dripping wet and freezing. Oh the sacrifice us Mothers make!

The poncho towel is brilliant because I can take her swimming costume and swim nappy off, pop the poncho towel over her head and she can walk around the changing room freely-and most importantly stay warm while I get myself sorted. I am then able to turn my attention to Rose, at which point she’s perfectly dry and ready to get dressed. Voila.

A poncho towel is what you need in your life if you take your children swimming. Makes life so much easier!

*We were gifted vouchers for Swimshop in exchange for an honest review. All words and thoughts are as always my own.

Oh my word, I love swimshop, they’re like an old friend, they’ve been part of my life for so long! I was a competitive swimmer in my younger days and even as I’ve got older, I’ve carried on competing in triathlon, aquathlon and water polo so swimshop, I salute you ;)
Great review, we also have one of those towels for Libby. As the second child, Lia just gets tied up in two towels and forced to stay put so she doesn’t escape ;)

Brilliant review, I think they should come in adult sizes , its such a stress getting everyone changed after swimming.
