I’ve had a few people messaging me to say this is not a juice cleanse it’s recipes for smoothies. Technically it is, you’re right! When I cleanse I use a Nutribullet to make the smoothies. It doesn’t extract juice and instead blends up the fruit and vegetables retaining the pulp and thus the all-important fibre. If you want to use a juicer or a blender that’s your choice, either way, the recipes will work. I personally feel a blender is the healthier way to cleanse but each to their own :)
I’ve also had a few comments questioning the quantities on the previous shopping list so I’ve made a free downloadable shopping list to make it easier for you to print out and follow. I’ve done this cleanse many times now and have triple checked the quantities needed, so you really shouldn’t have a surplus if you follow the list and drink 6 juices a day (one of each recipe). You don’t need to buy both the agave nectar and raw honey so choose one or the other. I include a reference to agave as it makes this cleanse completely vegan but if you prefer honey that works great too.
