The method to make the juices is the same for all recipes. With each of the juices, you will need to add water to the ingredients and blend or juice depending on what equipment you're using. I suggest you experiment with the amount of water and adjust as per your requirements.
Drink 6 juices a day, one of each colour is what works with the quantities I’ve provided in the shopping list.
Notes
Each recipe is enough for 3 DAYS you will have to store the surplus in the fridge. You will find the recipes make a plentiful amount so quantities may need to be adjusted depending on the size of your fruit and veg and the size of your blender. If you do find yourself with a surplus then consider doing a 4 or 5 day cleanse or bagging up any chopped leftovers to freeze and use next time.Nutrition values are approximate and are based on the average amount of calories per drink.
