A super simple green smoothie bowl using superfood green spirulina, sweetened with maple syrup and fresh fruit. This smoothie bowl is a beautiful vivid green colour, fit for a mermaid!

4 frozenĀ bananas 460 mls coconut milk 340 g rolled porridge oats 1.5 teaspoons spirulina powder 4 tablespoons maple syrup 1 large avocado Toppings handful of fresh raspberries 1 kiwi fruit sliced handful of blackberries handful of blueberries 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut sprinkling of mixed seeds Edible flowers optional - the ones I usedĀ are violas from my garden 1.5 tsp Spirulina powder
Put the frozen bananas, coconut milk, rolled oats, avocado, maple syrup and spirulina into the Magimix blender jug Blend on smoothie setting for 30 seconds
Spoon into a bowl and add desired toppings
Feel like a mermaid. Repeat every morning :-)
Use whatever toppings you have to hand
Sweeten as desired with maple syrup
