Thai Taste's Easy Thai Green Curry

The most classic and favourite of Thai curries is this fresh, tangy and aromatic Green curry. We've made ours vegetarian by using tofu and added lots of colourful veggies to make a truly delicious Thai meal.

1 Thai Taste Thai Green Curry Kit 300 g Tofu 300 g vegetables 1 tbsp oil
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan
Add contents of Green Curry Paste sachet and 1 tbsp of coconut milk and mix until the aromas are released (3 mins)
Add the tofu and stir to coat in the paste (3 mins)
Stir in the rest of the coconut milk and vegetables and simmer until cooked (5 mins) the sauce shouldn't be too thick
Add the sachet of herbs and simmer for a further 3 mins
Garnish with fresh coriander and lime. Serve with sticky rice
