September was a busy month. It was my birthday at the beginning of the month and I turned 34 eeek! Justin and the kids completely spoiled me with the most amazing presents including the Nike 5.0 free run trainers in the picture on the top left which have made a massive difference to my work-outs.
Speaking of working out there are a couple of gym selfies in there and also my running progression as well. I’ve really worked hard in the gym in September and been careful with my diet and it really is beginning to pay off.
I bought a Nutribullet from Amazon which I’ve been absolutely loving and will pull a post together soon with a load of juice and smoothie recipes.
In other news we enjoyed the last of the Great British summertime and had some days out to Weston-Super-Mare and a farm near Weston where they had giant Peppa Pigs so that was all very exciting.
We are now very much looking forward to see what the rest of October has in store and prepare for Halloween. Recipes, outfits and Halloween make-up coming soon!
