Old School Puddings

Take a trip down memory lane and try out some of my Old School Pudding recipes. I went to school in the 1980s and have fond memories of school dinners, my favs are Golden Syrup Cake and School Cake. 

Some of the recipes in this section - like this Cornflake Tart and Chocolate Concrete have been shared with permission from my actual school dinner lady - Sally! In 1986 Sally was my best friend's mum and still has a lot of hand-written recipes that I've managed to scale down from the huge proportions they used to be made in.
